We used to do this after we all met up after badge pickup, but since most of you probably got your badges mailed to you, it’s probably a moot point. Anyway, we usually meet up at one of the restaurants in the Plaza near the Allstate Arena where the Target is located(7000 Mannheim Road, Rosemont, IL).

The restaurant is actually on the Touhy side of that plaza located at (Mannheim and Touhy).
The general plan is to meet up between 7-7:30pm in front of the restaurant, and then go in and eat and chat. If can plan enough in advance, and we get an accurate head count, I can reserve space. I need everyone interested in coming to RSVP HERE by May 6. I called up the restaurant this morning, and we can reserve a space for our group, but they would like at least a weeks notice. There was an option to call the day ahead of time, but that does not guarantee a space for us.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT CATERING THIS EVENT. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR OWN MEAL.
Carpooling arrangements can be made to/from the Rosemont CTA station, which is just a short walk from the hotel.
