Overseen by the legendary Katsuhiro Otomo (Akira, Steamboy), Short Peace is a 2013 Japanese omnibus film consisting of a collection of four shorts, including the 86th Academy Award® nominated Best Animated Short, Possessions. Sort Peace is coming to Wheaton, IL, with the possibility of a Chicago Venue depending on reception.

Bringing the best of popular culture to Downtown Chicago, C2E2’s show floor is packed with hundreds of exhibitors, panels and autograph sessions giving fans a chance to interact with their favorite creators and screening rooms featuring sneak peeks at films and television shows months before they hit either the big or small screen!
The Members of Street Level Anime Club will be doing a free photo-shoot for the anime community on April 12 2014!
Wings of Fantasy is a networking event hosted by JAVCA to allow individuals to connect to other Chicagoans interested in Japanese culture. It is an opportunity for participants to freely wear their desired costumes/cosplays in a fun and engaging setting outside of conventions. It is a dance with bountiful food, great DJs, and photography.
